However, the downside for me is the amount of plastic you get in the calendar because it has a recyclable plastic tray and the sweets are individually wrapped in plastic. With 24 individually wrapped sweets, that adds top to a lot of plastic!

One thing to note is that unfortunately this calendar is not plastic-free as the chocolates sit in a plastic tray (although this is fully recyclable).
