SOLD OUTThis event is hosted by the World Museum Liverpool. Dear AllWe now have a confirmed date for the next Star gazing event at the World Museum Liverpool and I hope that you will be able to join us for that. It will be on Friday 3rd Nov, starting at 5.00 and finishing at 9.00 pm. It does not matter if you cannot make the 5.00 pm start, you can join us at any time and the same if you have to leave before 9.00 pm. This year we are issuing free tickets via EventBright for visiting members of the public, of course you will not need these tickets if you let me know you are able to come along. There will be space for exhibition boards and tables if you wish to bring these along and you can book car parking with me in advance. Naturally this invitation is extended to your friends and colleagues as well, apologies to anyone whose e-mail I have inadvertently left out.Apart from the three Astronomical Societies members of the public will need to get a free ticket from EventBright and I will circulate details of how to do that when it is set up.An additional feature this year will be Prof Andy Newsam from Liverpool John Moores University giving a talk on the Liverpool Telescope and how to access it, Andy has kindly agreed to repeat his talk three times so that everyone will have a chance to hear it. We will also have the premiere of some new Planetarium shows.I look forward to seeing you all again. All the bestPhil Phil PhillipsNew Media Development ManagerInformation SystemsNational Museums Liverpool127 Dale StreetL2 2JHTel: 0151 478 4300
