About this deal

The Sandcastle Event is a sandcastle building contest and the Stormy Weather Arts Festival features art exhibits, local food and beverage stalls, live performances, film screenings, cultural events, poetry reading, and more. I specifically like the part of the account where they express their disapproval of the Bandage Man for being so wasteful with toilet paper. Hopefully, this murderous phantom will take some time to reconsider his carbon footprint. As far as what created him, the most common origin is the sawmill accident but a few of the sources I found claim he was an electrician or firefighter. Either way, somehow the unnamed man became injured and was involved in an ambulance crash. But Did It Happen?

Others say that they've seen him on the beach and walking down the side of either Highway 101 or a short road known locally as "Bandage Man Road," which connects Cannon Beach.
