Reading Nate was exciting. I loved where Tijan took the drama. It wasn’t what I expected. There was a family feud like in the other Fallen Crest High books, but it wasn’t with Nate’s family. It all revolved around his daughter and the mother’s side of the family. It wasn’t the same old drama and I appreciated that. Things were handled in a more grown-up way, too. It was nice to see the maturity of Tijan’s original characters as they are now adults. k first of all, what is up with all this voyeuristic, OW shit i've been reading this month. seriously 😭 this is the THIRD book i've read this month alone with this trope and i hate it. someone. help. It just didn't have the spark that I've found in other FC books. ok so at first i was kinda eh towards their romance (because of what's said above), plus they kinda got together a little too fast because the first (or second?) time they meet for real, their conversation was very brief and then the next time they meet they make out in the bathroom and he suddenly "cares" for her, goes camping with her and you know... pleasuring her and shiii and im like whattt. but where's the development?¿ although that's the case, i thought they were pretty sweet and cute at times. i like how into her he was and only her once they're together. and i also like how Blaise kinda opened her eyes as she was so proud of being alone before him but he made her want more and then she made him want to be better blah blah. romantic cliche and all that but it's cute.Welcome to Shh...
