Joop Homme opens with a stunning citrusy blast of mandarin, lemon, bergamot and orange blossom. The heart is sensual, cool and seductive like the modern man with a blend of jasmine, lily of the valley, heliotrope and cinnamon in the heart. Finally to finish in the base you will find the warmth of vanilla and sandalwood combined with an oriental mix tonka bean and patchouli. It was good manners not to put on perfume before dinner, my family as I remember had no perfume on at all on a normal working day and suddenly I appeared and dominated the kitchen, the food and the mood of the other attendees.
