TM:DR- It's a great adapter that's plug n' play. Dedicated mic doesn't work on pc(doesn't see it) but the BT adapter handles music/voice fine by itself. This BT adapter has a built-in BT controller so once u pair it to a headset, u can unplug the adapter and plug it into another device and it'll reconnect to that headset, very seamlessly. Where this "shines" is that it's purely audio focused so it tends to have more functionality in that dept for headphones/headsets. So I can use my Bose700 headphones AND mic at the same time. Windows by default won't allow this(which is really f'n dumb imho). But this adapter allows the use of both but at a lower sound quality(sounds pretty bad but better than nothing). If you're not trying to use the mic on a BT headset then the audio sounds just as good as any other SBC headphone. The point is: have wireless headphones that don't have a built-in mic(aka non-headsets) and have a dedicated mic if you use calls a lot(or discord).
