The patent for this was granted to Ulysses DeMoulin on May 4, 1909 and can be viewed in full on the patents section of Google (see patents 654,611 and 920,837). In the abstract for the original application the device was described as follows: Timer Mode – You can set the timer from 1 to 5 minutes of spanking, and you can watch it count down to the end. Can you make it all the way through? So like I said, some very cool features with this little timer. Note: You can also use the spanking machine without the timer, but I’m not sure why someone would want to do that?

It comes from Die Körperstrafen bei allen Völkern ("Corporal punishment amongst all peoples"), by Dr Richard Wrede (1898), who attributes it to a magazine, "Fliegenden Blättern", of 1856. It does not look to me as if it could have worked very effectively. Please note for a cheaper price some of these can be removed but they will diminish the benches capability) Intensity Setting– So this has an intensity setting from “1” which is the minimum intensity, to “MAX” which is one step above the “10” setting. You simply push in and turn the dial to the desired intensity.

However a drastic disadvantage are the flat plates for mounting round toys. I am going to replace the movable plate by something like you use for fixxing all kind of pipes to the wall, i.e. some kind of shell. Given its size it’s pretty punchy, not quite what I was hoping for (I was really looking for something that could deliver on “six of the best” with a cane), but with the right choice of implement and orientation it does the job pretty effectively.

He fell asleep after a while; he must’ve been more tired than he imagined. He dreamed of spankings. A dream where everybody gets their turn. Where everybody gets something. The mounting is not as solid as I’d like, but given the objectives of the device manufacturer that’s not terribly surprising. Mounting hardware is not as claimed, and is a bit sloppy in general which will be causing some loss of energy from the “business end”. When he awoke, he felt hollow, and the robots were gone, off to the next city, to the next broadcast, and he would never be able to catch up with them. It seems like canes/rods and small paddles or hair/bath brushes are going to be the best implements to use with this, as there is a weight limit of 4.4 ozs. The price is a bit iffy, I can understand why it is where it is (because tools for plastic injection molding are REALLY expensive), but for what you get it feels a bit high.It’s quite noisy, but with any sort of impact toy some level of noise is unavoidable so I suppose that’s not a big deal.
