It was very surprising since at first I was almost put off by the sweetness and thought it could potentially be cloying. The grapefruit opening in missoni is much louder and harsh in a good way, and the lavender is the backbone of the fragrance. Your bottle may need to macerate, when I first sprayed performance was meh, but now longevity and projection are both above average. On me it dies down rather quickly and while doing so the scent is very linear, not much going on here. Grabbed a lil gift set with the shower gel, after shave lotion and a 50ml bottle and wow is this overrated boredom! The captivating freshness of the Missoni Parfum pour Homme is inspired by the Mediterranean landscape warmed by the sun. I was hoping this would be a beast mode summer performer, but that definitely wasn't the case on my skin. In the UK right now its pretty cold and wet and this fragrance still lasts around 7hrs on my skin in these conditions so I look forward to seeing how well it performs in the summer. It has not gone badly for me in longevidad because it has reached up to 8 hours of longevity, with regular sillage.
Citrus is a bit sharp at first, but it smooths out quickly with a bit of sweetness just before beginning the drydown. I think it can be used year round because it is very versatile but it can probably be a little weak on the winter. I'm still trying to cope with it, as the first two or three applications were completely overwhelming for my senses to the point I got a huge headache and had to scrub it off my arm within a few hours.
It may not be exact but it's so close that unless you are a fragrance pro, no one will be able to argue against it. It reminds me off a lunch on a greek island, atleast thats were i feel like this would be the perfect fragrance. Smells almost exactly like Chanel Allure Homme Sport, I will say Chanel has a more realistic citrus note but that's me being picky. After week of staying in dark place without cap it started to smell fuller and better rounded smell. Which also leads me to think my bottle has some problems - otherwise I do not understand how it can be compared to BDC Eau de Parfum, which is even sweeter than the standard BDC.

I love Bleu de Chanel and had a decant that I already ran through so I jumped at the chance to save a few dollars to get this that supposedly smelled close to identical. Haven't encountered a single girl that says they don't think this smells good, all reactions have been very positive. Please do not comment , if do not live near the warm coast and you need to wash clothes at least 1 time per day. Firstly, Wave opens with less of a Neroli opening, and more with the sweet, lemony, aldehydic, soapy opening. The more I use missoni, the more I realize that though, both are similarly composed, missoni is quite its own fragrance.
It comes with a strong magnetic cap and holds onto the bottle securely and the bottle fits into your hands nicely.
