I generally prefer matte colors with light flourishes here and there that give the mouse some nice visual contrast and smooth, comfortably designed finishes over overly boxy or “gamery” designs with hard edges. But that’s about it. It won’t speed up modeling or tweaking Object properties, rigging or animation. For efficient modeling and animation within Blender you need one hand on your keyboard at all times, and the other hand on your regular mouse to control your mouse pointer. With Logitech Options, you can install predefined app-specific settings that adapt the mouse button behavior to be optimized in selected applications. With these settings, the Gesture button and the wheel mode-shift button are keeping the same functionality across all applications.
