About this deal

Shroud Runners are a new unit. They are basically Pathfinders on Jetbikes. I’m honestly a little hesitant to include them for our theme… but a unit of 3 isn’t too much of a break from theme. And it scratches that “new unit” vibe. For only 105 points a unit isn’t going to break the point bank. Some people love the new-ish Voidscarred, so this might be a popular bundle option. Boarding Patrol: Drukhari A squad of six Windrider jetbikes* gives you plenty of speed to zoom around the board. Combined with Craftworld Saim-Hann’s bike-buffing sensibilities , these agile Aeldari can reach just about anywhere you need them from turn 1. That’s not to say they’re all whoosh and no wallop – their bikes carry plenty of upgraded shuriken weaponry for shredding any foe foolish enough to get in the way.

Formed around a core of redoubtable, objective-grabbing Guardians , this Combat Patrol offers a force that embodies everything the Aeldari are famed for – speed, psychic abilities, and withering firepower. It’s led by a sagacious Farseer, who can dish out mortal wounds and tweak the Strands of Fate in between supporting the CORE -keyworded Guardians and Wraithlord. This one is strange because a lot of the value comes from the Plague Marines, and considering the reinforcements box is so expensive for three minis; it’s hard to say. With 26 miniatures – the vast majority of which are recent releases – the Aeldari Boarding Patrol will have caught the eye of many collectors. While a case of the sniffles or festering pustules are not the kind of blessings you’d want to receive from Nurgle, your bank balance will definitely appreciate these savings at almost 50% off the total models if bought individually. The savings are practically on par with Boarding Patrol: Chaos Space Marines – and that had Abaddon the Despoiler in it. Though comparatively, Boarding Patrol: Death Guard has less models in it, the infantry and elite units have much higher points value (and general play value) than the 20 cultists in the Chaos box. Boarding Patrol: Death Guard – Contents Here are all the updated Warhammer 40k Boarding Patrol box sets value and pricing in our start collecting 40k savings breakdown with the latest price increases. This box can be used to assemble a variety of units – the recommended build for Boarding Action games is a Succubus, five Incubi, and two 10-model units of Wyches, each split into a further two squads. Ultimately, this is a decent Drukhari force. You get the best of both worlds – melee and shooting options galore. Infantry and specialists rolled into one. Wyches can shoot and sit on objectives, whilst the Succubus and Incubi can go in for the kill and really fudge your foes up.

This Boarding Patrol contains 17 models in total – one gunslinging Kelermorph inspires a team of 10 Acolyte Hybrids, who can also be built as Hybrid Metamorphs, while a hulking Abominant is joined by his little Mindwyrm Familiar friend, and five nearly-as-hulking Aberrants. Personally, if I was starting a new army, I’d get two and stop there. For a Combat Patrol it’s a pretty strong box — it’s got a bunch of more “generic” options that can really fit into any army. Alternatively you can buy a couple and go hard into the Windrider builds. Now, let’s have a look at how much the individual components in these boxes are worth were you to buy them seperately. The recommended build for Boarding Action games is Boss Snikrot, five Flash Gitz, and 10 Kommandos and 10 Beast Snagga Boyz, each split into five-model squads. As with the other Arks of Omen books, this is no different with lore advances along with some new rules for gameplay and factions. Boarding Patrol: T’au Empire

Arks of Omen Farsight Bundle Bonus

Chaos Daemons have – appropriately, given the arrival of Angron – manifested as a huffing and slavering crash of Khornate nightmares. 10 Bloodletters and 10 Flesh Hounds are led by Khorne’s favourite hunter – Karanak, the Hound of Vengeance. In the cramped confines of a space hulk, these frenzied killers will close the distance between enemy guns with warp-flushed speed and savagery. If you missed it, we’ll look at the latest pricing and values of the new Warhammer 40k box sets in separate posts below: It’s time to see what the Aeldari bring to the tabletop. Below, we have their points and optional upgrades calculated. Chaos Space Marines are right at home on the claustrophobic corridors of a space hulk, and we’re not even convinced the Thousand Sons register much of the weirdness going on given the forces they tamper with. This Boarding Patrol pairs two Chaos Spawn with 20 Rubric Marines, bringing an impressive number of bodies and a pair of pskyers onto the board while the Spawn make a right mess of anything they encounter. Every Ork player always needs more boyz, and this gives you just that, plus the new Snikrot model too. This is also delayed in Japan.
