First of all, the third person pov felt extremely forced and unnatural and the narrator was SO excessively bubbly throughout the whole book. I had to skim through so many lines, even paragraphs, to get to the dialogues. Why was this much description needed? And by description I am not talking in the sense of delineating objects, places, character's appearance etc. I am talking about excruciating boring three person monologues, giving completely trivial details that added nothing to the story. Or even when they were "supposed" to do that, I couldn't give less of a crap. This book was such a deeply emotional story and touched sensitively on some important mental health topics.
