This gin is made with hand-picked rhubarb from Ripley Castle's gardens, fresh ginger root, and Harrogate spring water.

An expert mixologist will guide you through a tasting session to discover your preferred style of gin and the one you would like to make during the session. The award-winning Harrogate Gin combines fresh botanicals such as lavender and pink grapefruit with Harrogate spring water. From Juniper, Citrus, Spice, Floral, Herbal and Fruit flavours, the Spirit of Harrogate team will ensure that you go home with a bottle of gin you will enjoy and be proud to share with friends and family. The retail team will guide you through the full range where you can sample the products to find your preferred style of gin while also advising you on the perfect way to serve in your own home. Inspired by the historical Estate surrounding us we have created a beautifully balanced British gin of exceptional quality with sweet and floral notes.Inspired by its spa town heritage and enjoyed around the world, Slingsby premium gin is crafted with pure spring water and real fruits to create the finest, award-winning British gin. It was both fun and engaging to balance botanical ratios as well as making the right heads, hearts and tails cuts.
