My cot had slats under the mattress so my OH bought some woody/cardboardy stuff for shape and size of cot and placed it ontop of the slats and the motion sensor mat goes on top of that, it works fine. The AC327 is more compact than previous Angelcare baby monitors and comes with colour video as well as sound, unlike the AC115 and AC127.
