About this deal
The edges of the screen appear darker, which could be noticeable when displaying large areas of uniform color, like a web page. The curved screen of these precision-gaming monitors creates a “wrap-around” effect that keeps the user totally focused on the heart-pounding gameplay.
The storage humidity shows the lower and upper humidity limit, which ensures safe storage of the display. With only 1ms response time, a refresh rate of 240Hz and 300 nits luminance, the monitor provides a smooth and colourful experience. It's a good choice for gaming thanks to its 144Hz refresh rate, VRR support, and extremely low input lag. Away from gaming, the monitor is a very capable day-to-day computing screen as well – we connected it up to both Windows and Mac computers without any issue, and having access to so much extra screen real estate can make a real difference whether you're working on spreadsheets or binge watching a few episodes of your favourite show.We are a credit broker not a lender - credit is subject to status and affordability, and is provided by Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC. Forget graphical frills: this mode rewires the monitor in favor of raw response time, giving you the ultimate edge in a hair-trigger standoff. In the Color Setup menu, you’ll find three color temp presets, plus an sRGB mode, which properly changes the native DCI-P3 gamut to the sRGB standard. The AOC CQ32G1 and the LG 32QN55T-B use different panel types, each with strengths and weaknesses, so the best one depends on your usage.
A closer look reveals a subtle facet effect along the bottom edge, something we haven't seen before. The lack of ports is another concern, but you will likely end up using the HDMI or DisplayPort inputs anyways. We're making continuous improvements to the compatibility checker and would love to hear your feedback! You can also view your spreadsheets or weekend movies from virtually any angle without compromising color uniformity. Whether you're dashing through explosions or screeching around rain slicked bends, wave goodbye to screen tearing and lag – and leave your opponents in your smoothly rendered dust.
The AOC CQ32G1 has a mediocre response time, worse than the AOC CQ27G1 and most other 144Hz monitors.
You can also increase color saturation, engage a low blue light mode, adjust the overdrive level (medium is best), toggle Adaptive-Sync and turn on a framerate indicator. Performance overall is very good, especially in terms of low latency (the excellent 165Hz refresh rate helps here), although we did notice slight ghosting on some games and movies – it's not a major problem, but it's there if you're looking carefully. With the most units sold of any gaming monitor company in 2020, AOC and its AGON monitors should be in your sights. While the AOC C32G2AE monitor delivers outstanding performance, the power consumption is high, and there aren’t many adjustment options. If the manufacturer does not provide such information, the height is calculated from the diagonal and the aspect ratio. These monitors also allow you to save desk space, giving you the option to get larger computer speakers or other devices. The monitor has native FreeSync support and it's G-SYNC compatible, although the latter only works over a DisplayPort connection.
