I really felt for Kate and Elliot in this. The majority of their epilogue was them dealing with fertility issues and it was so heartbreaking seeing them go through it. (Not a spoiler as there is a warning before the epilogue) I do wish it were a bit more fluffy, but I did like how real and raw it felt and that it brought awareness to the topic! I did love how it all came together in the end though🥹 I would rather perish than date a man like him—though I do have to admit it was good for the ego. Turning him down was the highlight of my year. There are five books to the Miles High Club series. The first four books are all standalone novels in an interconnected series about four brothers who are billionaires. The fifth book is a novella that is an extended epilogue for all the previous four books. Will There Be Any More Books in the Miles High Club Series?This one was emotionally triggering and hard to get through but I’m glad Elliot and Kate everything they deserve ♥️

It is amazing to watch how successfully these guys are able to work together as a family unit in both their personal and business life. I thought it was really cool that they showed us a little bit of the behind-the-scenes action during the production of The Takeover. Because of Tristan’s guidance, those young men were able to mature into honourable adults, which played a significant role in the conclusion of their story. The names Elliot and Kate I did appreciate the trigger warning at the beginning of this chapter, as well as the attempts at a more emotion-driven epilogue, but it just didn’t hit quite right for me.It’s finally here! One of my most anticipated reads of the year and it did not disappoint! I read each epilogue with the biggest smile plastered on my face and a full heart. The love I have for the Miles men, their women and children is unmatched by any other book family! Of course, they get their HEA eventually, and it’s sweet if a little predictable, but after everything that happened between them, I was left more on the sombre side, instead of with the warm fuzzies.

Tristan had a decent story, but Elliot was a full-on SOB. Who the hell tells their wife eff you when the fight is because of a fertility struggle??? This book was also bittersweet because it's the end of an era, the end of The Miles High brothers series. Tee did an exceptional job of leaving nothing out. Your heart will sing, no questions will be left unanswered and it's so special and so beautiful. It's a book that will take absolute pride on your bookshelf with the rest of the series. But the good thing about me is that I’m an incredible problem solver, and I’ve come up with a diabolical plan. I’m going to slide right in under her friend zone. While this series started off fairly strong, and I still enjoy re-reading some of the books, I do feel it kinda fizzled out at the end. The steam isn’t as hot as it used to be, the tantrums are overdone now, and the repetition…oh, the repetition… For me, The Takeover will always be the best in this series (I just skip over the bit where Claire loses her mind for no good reason), followed by The Stopover (Emily making Jameson crawl on his knees for forgiveness is one of my favourite parts). The Casanova is okay until Elliot decides he needs to pop off to Paris to make sure he doesn’t love someone else more than Kate (!), and The Do-Over…well, let’s not go there right now. This book is really lengthier epilogues for the Miles brothers. Though only two live in the UK, all of them use Brit slang and sayings which pulled away from the US-based stories.stars! Miles Ever After is a collection of novellas, or extended epilogues, for the Miles series. I thought I was looking forward to this, but I was really only looking forward to the catchup with Tristan and Claire (since The Takeover is my fav book in this series). But as a whole, I’m feeling very meh about this whole thing, didn’t really like any of the other novellas besides Tristan & Claire’s. Now obviously fans of the series will love this but for me it just reminded me of why I had disliked certain characters’ books. 😅 The Stop over: I totally forgot what a drama queen Jameson Miles is.. OMG he is hilarious, Thank God Emily has a strong personality to deal with all his dramatics!! I loved the part when Emily’s water broke and he was trying to act all sweet and cool ( not himself) and Emily told him to stop and start being himself and his response was get in the F* car right now because I’m freaking out!! That was hilarious! Six months later, he was the guest speaker at a conference I attended in France. Still arrogant and infuriating—but this time, surprisingly charming and witty. When he looked at me, I got butterflies. The Casanova: I loved the story between Elliot and Kate that I read it multiple times. However, I wasn’t too happy with their epilogue. Even though they got their happy ending I think they deserved more. Kate went through so much losing his parents, not having a relationship with his sister to go through infertility.. given that on the book it said that Elliot got Enchanted because he wanted to raised his children There (I thought he wanted to have several) as well as his brother have and only having one child wasn’t the end I expected for them.
