They each have their strengths and weaknesses, but what I found in this book was phrases on describing trends in graphs, tables and charts; synthesizing sources; introducing quotes; classifying and listing; describing fractions and quantities; more in-depth discussion on introducing work and reviewing the literature; and so many other gems. The phrase bank also provides advice on structuring an argument and using evidence to support a claim.
