Grace continually throughout the book tries to use sex to get her way out of her husband and when she doesn't, she pouts and walks away. According to Neph Dada, the Ursuuls are also capable of removing access to the vir from another wytch.

Maybe a harsh review but I found the background history,which was fascinating,a lot more interesting than the fictional narrative ,which had characters talking in speeches or indulging in pages of stream of consciousness that added very little.She was expected to just go along with whatever her husband wanted, but also show some backbone, and I just don't see how that's fair to ask her to do both. Ho comes to pick up Grace, because she is a diplomats wife and it was clearly a misunderstanding- at that time, Feng-Shan is able to sense the Germans changing behavior.
