Simply pour 200ml hot water over the hot chocolate powder, stir well and enjoy the silky smoothness. Sweetness: the blend of milk and dark chocolate delivers just the right level of sweetness in this malted hot chocolate drink. We track calories and 7 key nutrients - carbs, sugar, fibre, protein, fat, saturated fat and sodium. Through this instant hot chocolate, all you have to do is add boiling hot water to a couple of spoonfuls and hot, liquid, Maltesers will be formed. Remove the pan from the heat, froth the drink with a stick blender (optional) and pour it into a mug.

Typical jobs: hospital/ward nurse, waitressing in a busy restaurant, cleaner, porter, labourer/construction worker, gardener, farm worker. You’ll likely need to make your own, so try this recipe (minus the chocolate chips and fruit ripple). Step 1 Put chocolate, milk, malt powder and sugar in a medium pan, then slowly heat mixture over low heat, whisking frequently, until the chocolate has completely melted and the malt powder and sugar have dissolved. I have not included additional sugar in this recipe as I find the hot chocolate is sweet enough for my tastes, but you might think otherwise.Simply follow the instructions in the recipe card but do not pour the drink into mugs and add garnishes. Hearst UK is the trading name of the National Magazine Company Ltd, 30 Panton Street, Leicester Square, London, SW1Y 4AJ. Malted milk powder: use a malt powder such as Horlicks or Ovaltine, but stick to the classic version designed to be added into milk rather than water.
