Still the sex scene between the girl and the killer may certainly upset some viewers,albeit the girl is clearly replaced by an older body-double. reprehensible, exploitative, just some under-age quite graphical sexual intercourse to make you shiver a bit (with disgust) among some phony dialogs out of grotesque characters. The conversations between the small girl and her father in which they refer to nature and animals offers some clues to the films themes.

Un giorno Simona si imbatte in Federico, un giovane ferito e inseguito perché ha ucciso una bambina dopo averla violentata.A child molester-killer who is on the run from the police, coops up with an extremely dysfunctional family consisting of a paraplegic and impotent father, sexually frustrated mother and their strange and sexually curious girl child. Ferito a un braccio da un colpo di arma da fuoco, arriva nei pressi di un parco e qui viene soccorso da Simona, una dodicenne che abita in una villa con i genitori: il padre, paralitico, trascorre le giornate in completa solitudine circondato da collezioni di armi e orologi; la madre Vera, altrettanto insoddisfatta, si ritiene prigioniera del marito e cerca di attenuare i propri tormenti concedendosi ad altri uomini. So if you like good drama with an original story (something hard to find these days) go for this one! Simonas verkommene Mutter Vera wird von ihrem Mann erpresst, bei ihm zu bleiben, und hat keine Mutter-Tochter Beziehung zu Simona. L'Immoralita is a film that is difficult to pigeon hole into one 'type' of film, but suffice to say it's an entertaining and well worked thriller with enough substance to satisfy most viewers, providing they can stomach the sometimes uncomfortable tone of the movie.

Il film è rimasto per molto tempo misconosciuto, anche per la mancata circolazione sui principali circuiti televisivi nazionali, fino a una recente riscoperta. Dietro compenso promessole dal commissario, Vera è disposta a tradire il suo protetto e, intanto, chiude a chiave la stanza dove si nasconde Federico, portandosi a letto il commissario. Her mother winds up having an affair with him which makes the girl jealous so she sets out to seduce him as well. It's familiar giallo or poliziotteschi territory; miserable, upper-middle class people with the life sucked out of them wander around their sterile luxury.
