About this deal

The lightness of the emulsion makes it perfect for summer, as it feels so light, unrestrictive and isn't greasy at all. I only ever break out on my chin, and haven’t had any blemishes at all in at least a month or two, so this was a pretty striking reaction.

While Korean Skincare seems to be increasingly gaining popularity worldwide, Japanese skincare remains the underdog. I absolutely love using this on my body, because let's be honest, body moisturisers in the UK are traditionally thick dollops of creamy crap that smell like overly sweet pretty flowers or fruit. In addition, Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewing has branched out to make sake-based skin care products, utilizing sake’s high concentration of amino acids as a powerful moisturizing ingredient.

It’s not a staple meat, but you can find raw horse meat sushi in some restaurants and other horse meat products as delicacies. Rice contains amino acid and essential mineral, consolidate the skin protection fence, bring a healthy skin from inside out. Sake filtrate contains kojic acid, a powerful skin-lightening agent that’s safer than hydroquinone; it’s also a good source of antioxidants. The closest I’ve ever come to loving an actual first essence or toner is Hada Labo Gokujyun lotion, and I like that stuff okay. I happen to love it, but my husband says it smells like farty putty to him, so every opportunity I get, I chase him down with it all over my hands.

After many many years of producing sake for consumption, they have released their very own range of cosmetics that are mainly produced using dry rice wine. I am aware that there is a pink version of this product which contains different ingredients which aren’t as harsh. For those of us who have had sake hangovers (which I maintain are the worst kind of hangovers), this smell brings back immediate flashbacks. It lightens post-acne scars, deeply moisturizes and hydrates the skin, and in as little as a week, the quality of my skin never looked better.

I've also found that if I soak this on a cotton pad, and place on an area of particularly dry skin, such as my knees or elbows, my skin just laps it up. Water (aqua), glycerin, mineral oil (paraffinum liquidum), triethylhexanoin, rice ferment filtrate (sake), glutamic acid, arginine, leucine, glycine, ceramide eop, ceramide np, ceramide ap, placental protein, arbutin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, cholesterol, phytosphingosine, sodium lauroyl lactylate, peg-9 dimethicone, peg-20 sorbitan isostearate, carbomer, xanthan gum, acrylates / c10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, disodium edta, phytic acid, behenyl alcohol, potassium hydroxide, silver oxide, phenoxyethanol, fragrance (parfum). Water, BG, Rice fermentation liquid, Glutamic acid, Arginine, Leucine, Retinol palmitate, (ascorbyl, tocopheryl) phosphate K, Sodium tocopheryl phosphate, Placenta extract, Arbutin, 2K glycyrrhizinate, Glycerin, Peanut oil, Hydrogenated lecithin, PEG -60 hydrogenated castor oil, (styrene, acrylates) copolymer, Citric acid, Sodium citrate, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Fragrance. I just got a sample of this to try but I wish it was a bigger sample so I had enough to try for a good 4-5 days!Amino acids (glutamic acid, arginine, leucine and glycine) and ceramide, which are highly effective moisturisers, are further added. Some people cannot stand this scent because it can be strange applying something that once made you sick when ingested (ha), but for those of us who have not had such an experience, the scent seems to vary between bubble gum to bananas (or in my case, a little of both). This isn't a miracle treatment or anything, but I've always noticed that my skin seems more balanced overall when I'm using it consistently. litres) are concentrated in this lotion, making it light and moisturising to the touch, and it has been well received.
