Once you have created a business account through iZettle and have received your card reader, you can pair the reader to Lightspeed Retail.

With the iZettle Reader 2, we have therefore chosen to focus entirely on chip-based cards and contactless payments.

Make sure the card reader is properly connected to your device by navigating to Settings / Card Readers in the Zettle App. Under Detected Card Readers, tap the iZettle Reader 2 that has the same last three digits as the iZettle Reader 2 in front of you. Gently clean the 5 small golden circles on the back of the Reader 2 or on the Dock 2 with a soft brush or cloth and alcohol. It will wake up when you take a payment, you can also press the power button or use the app to wake it.
