About this deal

That's where the Peek-A-Boo Elephant comes in – the perfect solution to make this crucial developmental activity both enjoyable and beneficial for your baby. The song is nice and catchy, but I have to admit, I find the peekaboo a little bit creepy :DMy one year old loves it though, he can play both sounds easily and also carry the elephant around, it’s not heavy. Juno is a baby elephant who will no doubt become your child’s best friend before we see the new year in.

She comes to life with an animated trunk, floppy ears and wagging tail, and can perform over 100 movements and sounds. This soft, plush animal invites cuddles while providing lots of sensory stimulation with multiple textures and bright patterns. It’s not often we get a toy out of the box and my children are in fits of laughter within minutes, but that’s what happened when we opened Juno. This charming interaction fosters your child's sense of curiosity and helps develop their fine motor skills.Designed to entertain and comfort, this interactive elephant is made from child-safe plush PP cotton, making it soft and cuddly for your little one. Our super cute elephant stimulates your baby's senses, encourages gross motor skills, strengthens visual perception, promotes social development and most importantly, encourages his sense of humour! I’m sharing not only every way I can think of to make your family life more fun with as little effort as possible, but how to capture those memories beautifully with your camera for when they’ve flown the nest and yet are still bringing their laundry home, and you need to remember that they were adorable and cute once upon a time.

Tummy time isn't just a cute photo opportunity; it's a critical developmental milestone for your baby. The instruction booklet talks you through all the different ways you can play with her, but it is fun just to play and explore to see what she will do.Fine motor skills | Playing with the Peek A Boo elephant requires precise movements of the hands and fingers, which helps develop baby's fine motor skills. Juno’s Baby Elephant has trekked her way all the way from the sunny safari to youngster’s arms – and she can’t wait to play with her new friend.

If you have lost the instructions too I can’t currently see them available to download from Spin Master so I have written the key bits at the end of this post. Safety : this toy is certified CE and tested by an independant labotary which garanty that the product is safe for your child. So Juno doesn’t come with batteries but needs 4 AA batteries to operate – and I know it’s a small thing but I’m always really frustrated when a toy needs batteries installed before the boys can play with it.

She also has a sensor (or “detector”) on the end of her trunk which knows which of the two accessories are attached and a large button on her back. There are two options to play either a song or peekaboo, you turn these on by pressing elephants feet. The unpredictability and full on fiesta feeling of Juno is brilliant – it’s the most animated toy we’ve ever had, and the boys are smitten with him.

Juno isn’t the smallest of house guests at around 27cm tall, but I guess that's pretty small for an elephant really, there is nothing small about her personality though. My son uses the props to teach Juno a number of tricks such as dancing, singing, swinging her trunk and throwing her peanut. So I was slightly dubious about the cost, if my baby didnt love the peek a boo game, and I didn't have a slight obsession with elephants I probably would have not got this due to the cost, but it was just so cute I decided to go for it.
