I nearly DNFd it but after seeing the author's tiktoks in which she explained the characters are based on real pple and events that happened in their lives and how the coped well I decided to keep reading and also I'm very anal about finishing a book I start. I didn't really care if Hunter was hooking up with Britt and other girls prior to getting together with Marley. He was pretty rude to her for a majority of the book and it made it seem like she didn’t even care that he was acting that way towards her.

This books talks about some heavy trauma of losing someone and learning to open up your heart again to the possibility of real earth shattering love.
