Skin Preparation: If using Hibiscrub for surgical or medical procedures, clean and moisten the area to be treated with water. With 4% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate, Hibiscrub is effective against a broad spectrum of microbes, including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast, fungi, and viruses. Avoid Contact with Eyes and Ears: Be cautious to prevent contact with the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and mucous membranes. Pay special attention to areas prone to bacterial colonization, such as hands, forearms, and surgical sites.
