Whilst the Femmeze Vagina Trainer is useful, I found it much easier to manipulate higher up stools using my fingers (as I could feel them and know where to apply slight pressure. The condition occurs when the bowel herniates forward through into the vaginal cavity, obstructing the bowel from emptying normally. Femmeze helps by supporting the back wall of the vagina, temporarily reducing the prolapse, restoring the vaginal wall and rectum to it's more correct position while opening your bowels. The Femmeze Vaginal Trainer is a single-use device for women who suffer from pelvic organ prolapses (Rectoceles).

Women with prolapse find the bowel is out of position, with Femmeze realigning the bowel for effective pooping, defecation, or elimination is easy to do, and less strain on an already weak pelvic floor.

It’s smooth and hygienic and easy to use after a bit of practice, but I’ve not found it very helpful for my particular condition. Clinical studies also show that emptying the bowel is best done before performing pelvic exercises in the case of rectocele (bowel prolapse).
