About this deal

To keep your scourer fresh between uses, squeeze out any excess water, shake out any food particles and rinse thoroughly. I use them mainly to clean my shower and it even gets the grout between the tiles, so I don’t have to use any abrasive or heavy cleaners. Once no longer fit for purpose, these green and yellow monstrosities then have to be thrown into landfill as they cannot be recycled. EcoCoconut products are made with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified recycled Rubber tree's grown in a plantation and at the end of their life replanted and the wood used for our brush handles. They are made from 100% biodegradable coconut husk and can be used on any surface – without scratching them!

These scourers provide long-lasting dishwashing excellence, as they are durable and won’t lose their shape over time. Every single swap you make adds up to a whole lot of garbage kept from our landfills and ultimately, our precious oceans and marine life. I hate washing dishes with a passion, it is my least favourite chore, but these scourers make the job a lot easier because they work so well and can be used on everything. The coconut scourers are a good eco-friendly way to clean your dishes, and are great at removing dried on food without scratching.Preventing this casual environmental damage might make your wallet lighter, but spending a bit more on a good alternative to plastic sponges definitely won’t weigh heavier on your heart. Coconut coir – What would be considered a waste product, the husk of a coconut is hard and hairy, and is just an obstacle to get into the good stuff inside, as the sweet milk and flesh of the coconut is where the money traditionally is. They mention that it cleans better than most commercially available cleaning products, is a great alternative to plastic scrubbers, and is an excellent solution for scrubbing food stuck to any hard surfaces. To prolong the life of the coconut scourer, don't leave it sitting in water for long periods and allow it to dry out between uses.
