As per the instructions on the packaging, before the first use, I rubbed vegetable oil on the pans surface and warmed it on the hob on medium heat for sometime. To put the icing on the cake, once the eggs were out of the CeraCraft Frying Pan the pan looked clean.We were recently given the opportunity to review a JML CeraCraft Frying Pan and in all honesty, I was dubious.

I'm personally not thrilled by the lime green colour of the particular pan that we were sent to review, but other colours are available and if you want a bright look in your kitchen then you can definietly achieve it with Ceracraft pans. The frying pan has been made with aluminum and a stainless steel bass which is hardwearing and comes with an ergonomic and easy-grip handle. I’m not going to lie, there were some pancake casualties but that was down to Dave and I rather than any fault of the pan.
