About this deal

So yes, he does participate in all the tracks, but he has to very conscious, especially on the slower numbers, sometimes he still drifts off into his own world, thats when i need to snap him back to earth again.

The VE-8 also has harmonies that can sound beautiful and many circumstances, but I found them harder to dial in. I even use my looper to record entire songs, which is way outside of "normal" use, but it shows how flexible the right looper can be. There's only certain fixed harmonies you can use and you can't even mix the double effect with another harmony. The Boss VE-8 Acoustic Singer delivers that extra edge you need to stand out and shine, supporting you with professional BOSS sound every time you perform.and I have a Fishman Loudbox Artist (which have DI XLR for both channels) heck I can’t even figure out if those would work?

These discounts are usually communicated through newsletters, which are created and managed by us with the tool "Emarsys". Both the vocal and guitar channels feature a three-band EQ and low-cut filter for shaping the tone to suit the venue, and it’s even possible to send the two channels to separate outputs for external mixing flexibility. The specially designed looper in the Boss VE-8 sounds great and is ready to support your performance whenever you need it. If this aligns with what you’re looking for, perhaps my experience with these pedals will be of use to you. I certainly don't use it to it fullest capability, indeed because that becomes complex (and I have a very low tolerance for menus and the type of button manipulations needed to shape EQ on that unit).

It also looks like you cannot toggle the guitar effects with the foot pedals but just have to set it and forget it kinda thing. I wonder if I should do a fresh install of Reaper so that all the settings are at their original default. Anyway it all comes down to user preference, it's a nice feature to have built-in and I'm sure many are happy with it. Harmonies also good, but like with play acoustic have to be kep low, i keep mine at 20% and just use the octave higher to give a more richer vocal tone.

Although some folks use short loops the majority of users loop entire sections of songs, often the entire form, like AABB.

In general, you can get some really great sounds out of it, and the physical knobs make it fun to pick up and play right out of the box. With the Boss VE-8’s grab-and-go panel controls, it’s simple to dial in sounds and settings as you play. The 'enhance' function for both guitar and vocals is great, subtly brightening and compressing the sound to lift it and put it more forward in the mix. And if you are using the standard type acoustic amp, they don't have 2 mic plug channels, usually 1 guitar lead, 1 mic.No pitch correction (but I don't care for the sound of auto-tuned voices anyway), and no odd 'voices' like radio and distortion (but I'd never use those anyway) but it does have vocal enhancement and reverb as well as up to two harmony voices: two below, one above and one below (which is what I use 95% of the time), or two above. When I practice with this setup, and you do need to practice with it to get use to it, I close my eyes sometimes and and the reverbs make me think I am at a bar playing.
