Flazasulfuron works on weeds when they first start growing, as well as when they are in their ‘adolescent’ stage. It’s absorbed by the roots and then works its way through the rest of the plant. There are also weed killers that can be used before weeds have the chance to develop, working pre-emptively to ensure not weeds grows in an area you’re planning on using.

As a bleaching agent, it includes 5 percent of sodium hypochlorite with a pH of about 11. But concentrated solutions have a 13% of pH level. However, bear in mind that this is also a non-selective weed killer and incredibly potent. You don’t want to use this on a lawn unless you are looking to kill off all your grass along with the weeds, while care must be used when applying it on weeds that are near other plants.

The spray applies nicely to wide areas like patios and driveways but is also precise too, meaning you can easily target weeds that are growing next to other plants. Just take extra care to ensure the solution doesn’t accidently touch your plants or flowers. Keep flammable materials away from the treated area—flammable materials like naked flames, cigarettes, and other ignition sources to avoid fire. On the plus side, the fact that this product isn’t left in the ground means that the treated areas can be sown or planted again relatively soon after using the product.
