Introduction to Arduino (Electronics) - Makerspacehull - Kingston upon Hull

Arduinos are small, cheap, easy to program micro-controllers that allow you to start exploring the creative uses of electronics and hardware with no prior knowledge. They are used for of wide variety of DIY projects including sound and light, robotics, ‘wearables’, custom gadgets, ‘Internet of Things’ devices and much more.In this workshop you will be guided step-by-step through the process of getting started with the Arduino platform, going from simply turning an LED on and off and progressing through to using sensors, making sound and controlling motors. All equipment including Arduinos, components and laptops will be provided for use within the session.
