I'll just casually thumb through and drool over the spectacular photography, read a bit here and there and have a little giggle to myself, google whatever the fuck a yukon gold potato is (it's obviously a potato but it's not one I've ever seen or heard of), and maybe even work myself up into trying something as adventurous as some offal next time I'm at a restaurant that serves such. It's full of ambitious projects and cool guy in the kitchen, chef's knife tattoo, look at the expense hugeness of the things I have smoked swagger. The collection features meals of all types, including vegetables, sandwiches, and desserts while also offering sections on roasting or grilling.

Part recipe book, part family photo album, part Canadian travelogue, the book is beautifully put together.It may not be as iconic an image – we’ll give you that – but the slap of discarded baloney against the wall and the sound of Pixie Stix sticks with you, sweet tooth or not. Nothing new to me as I am completely obsessed with Matty and have watched every single video of him, including all the Powerful Truth Angels podcasts and interviews etc, I absolutely adore the total REALNESS of him. If you’re in the UK, you may want to substitute cheddar for the American cheese in the pickled hot pepper queso and braised beef ribs recipe.
