About this deal

Or I can include the sprockets and chain with the kit if you let me know which wheel sprocket you want to use?

With these strict quality assurance measures, we are able to offer an industry leading 6 month warranty! the problem is that a lot of the engines stamped 48 and 49cc are actually 72cc, when you remove the head you can measure the bore size and you will notice that almost every engine stamped 48cc that I have come across is actually 72cc. The 36V 800W motor can be ran in both clockwise or counterclockwise directions so it can be used for a left hand chain drive bike. This kit comes with all the components you'll need to convert a compatible bicycle into a motorized bicycle. I usually answer questions and help people in this forum in the evening, so if you let me know that you purchased the kit online through this forum I may not see the message in time.I was hoping I'd get 30+ mph, but if I go beyond 20mph, engine rattles like crazy and nuts/bolts start falling out. Similar to an engine for a scooter or goped, you simply pull the starter chord and hit the throttle to go!

Once you figure out what size batteries will fit in the bike then if you would like I can make kit out of all the part that are needed to electrify it.Startup is a breeze and you can stop the engine with a simple killswitch provided with the throttle assembly. but a longer stroke making them have a bigger cc rating and some have the same stroke but a bigger piston dia. If an 800 Watt motor is properly geared it will increase the ride time by over 20% compared to a 1000 Watt motor with the trade off being that the bike will have a 20% slower top speed. Please note: Sprocket Clamp Assemblies included with BBR Tuning 2-Stroke 48cc and 66/80cc, and 4-Stroke 49cc bike engine kits come with only 1x set of metal plates. However, 49cc engines are generally more powerful, 49cc engines are generally more powerful than 49cc engines.

Sorry hellboy i wasn't trying to poke fun at you sometimes i just can't help to be a smart A** I wasn't trying to insult you at all, i know how impatient you can be waiting for a new bike I'm on my 3rd bike and everytime i get a new one i try to find out as much info in advance as i can don't take it to heart i was just messin with ya a little, it will be very obvious when you get the bike like i said it's on the left side down low on the block and mine actually had a long white sticker on the top of the motor on the transmission case that had a real long number on it but the serial number was the very first part of the number on the sticker so check both places and let us know what it says also look at the number cast on the head. of the sellers have no idea what they are talking about and put too much jibberish out there that people listen to.The Voltage of the motor has nothing to do with how powerful it is, only the Watts rating determines its power. With an 800 Watt motor the gear ratio should be lowered a little because it will not be able to power the bike to 27 MPH. With that being said for an 800 Watt motor I recommend gearing the bike to go around 24 miles per hour.

All of the power that is needed to move a vehicle goes towards overcoming drag (air resistance) on flat ground, and drag plus gravity on grades. If you’re looking for a tough, reliable, long-lasting bicycle engine kit look no further than our BBR Tuning 5G 4 stroke engine! this 49CC kit was a BIG SURPRISE how easy and how much power it has, I weigh 215lbs and it zips along around 22 mph (40 tooth sprocket). The bike I have also has a much smaller gear on it right now and I believe it is a slightly smaller similar version of the bike pictured.I did initially note a bit more climbing power, but later that just died down and engine started conking out on very steep inclines. stroke engines have a single stroke of electricity, while 4-stroke have a single stroke of electricity. Great fuel economy, low noise, less surprises from motorists that aren't expecting a bicycle to be doing 30+. A lot of our riders have told us that they're worried about making a purchase before our biggest sale of the year. My goal is to try to be in the 25-30 mph range (I'm very light), and I'm not sure which voltage of motor to use, and what amp hour battery would be sufficient.
