Customer service can be so hit or miss that I wanted to make sure I recognized ProBreeze for really doing it right. I'd definitely recommend them! It works effectively to remove condensation from windows which can often cause damp, ensuring your windows stay dry and there are fewer signs of damp. It is everything I hoped for. Extremely quiet and although tall. Takes up little space. I did have a small, insignificant issue which Hanna sorted out efficiently and effortlessly. Would 100 % recommend and would 100% use again.
