About this deal

One use that may be overlooked for this light is it performs well for long-distance runs. The clip holds tight and the lightweight makes it easy to carry along. Since it’s getting dark before I get home from work, I appreciate being able to bring this light along when running in the dark. Performance

Olight includes an MCC3magnetic charging cable, and it doesn’t accept any older MCC’s. They use a proprietary charging system to guarantee the best possible performance and safety. Charging with the cable takes about 3 hours, but the green light will indicate the end of charge, but it’s not 100% charged yet. When the light turns green, the battery is about 95% charged. Of course, the base of the Olight Warrior Mini 3 flashlight is magnetic because of the way this light charges. But that magnetic base also serves as a great connection point for the Warrior Mini 3, too. Power and Runtime The TIR optic lens of this flashlight works to produce a steady and beautiful projection of light, which is bright enough to reach a distance of 300 meters. And oftentimes when a manufacturer isn’t showing the brand and model of its LED, you can still see what type they use by looking at the LED from the front. But that’s not the case with the Warrior 3 since there isn’t much to see. If you look at the front through the TIR optic, you can only see a blurry-looking LED. That’s not because of the LED, but because of the way this TIR optic was built. While the Warrior Mini 3 doesn’t seem to necessarily shut off with low voltage protection, the switch does give an indication that the cell voltage is low. Charging Somehow, this optic makes a pretty perfect large-size hotspot, with a distinct edge. It’s larger than most traditional, reflector-based, flashlights. This is something unique, and different from the Warrior M2R PRO. Olight products are manufactured and assembled in Guangdong, China. How Do I Program The Tail Cap Switch? Battery Life: I have been using the flashlight regularly, and the rechargeable battery is still going strong.

It features a maximum output of 1750 lumens, before dropping down to 500 lumens after 2 minutes to prevent the LED from overheating. It will run at 500 lumens for 210 minutes before dropping a final time to 200 lumens for 30 minutes. The redesigned tactical tail switch is now created using Nano Moulding Technology for easy maintenance and provides stronger magnetism. The tactical tail switch is a quiet press button with minimal noise for tactical purposes and can be used in two modes; either configuration 1 or configuration 2. The torch default setting is configuration 1 and to switch to configuration 2 you deep press and hold the tail switch then single press the side switch. In Configuration 1 the tail switch will provide mid output with a half press or turbo output with a full press, and can provide momentary operation by holding down the button either half or fully. Configuration 2 will provide turbo output with a half press or strobe with a full press. Strike Bezel: The strike bezel has yet to be used, but I can imagine that the compact size and easy-to-grip nature of this flashlight would make this feature quite handy should you need it. There are two switches on the Olight Warrior Mini 3 flashlight. First is the metal tail switch which also is used in charging. if you want to use the Warrior 3 with a gun, you can get the optional remote pressure switch that attaches to the rear end.A. Before you use or charge the flashlight, please unscrew the tail cap to take the insulating film out from the flashlight and try again. The Warrior Mini 3 makes use of 2 switches, with 1 located in the rear, and 1 on the side, near the head. Both switches can be used interchangeably. For example: If you turn the light on with the rear switch, you can use the side switch to turn it off, and vice versa. I haven’t tested Low and Moon, because they would run fo 130 hours and 55 days respectively. Olight Warrior 3S vs Warrior 3 vs Warrior M2R PRO The Olight Warrior 3 has a different kind of UI from other well-known brands. You can use the tailcap and the side switch to activate the light. But keep in mind that the tailcap functions differently from the side switch. There is a battery level indicator built into the side switch that lets you know when the battery needs charging. A green light indicates above 60% power, a orange light indicates 10% - 60 % power a red light indicates 10% - 5% power and a red flashing light indicates less than 5% power and that the torch needs to be charged.
