Baladinda (wooden xylophone), endongo (thumb piano), violin, krakeb (metal castanets), guitar, drumkit, and the gnawa bass-lute (guembri) unify to create this entrancing world music sound. Gnawa music has a preserved heritage of ritual Sufi poetry and dance.
