Following on from the original Too Faced Chocolate Palette, this limited-edition gold collection has been a hot topic among beauty junkies since it reached the UK. A lot of which has to do with its gorgeous selection of gold-infused (yes, really) metallic shades. Reviewer:I’ve recreated a few trendy Charlotte Tilbury palettes with Chocolate Gold. For instance, for Exaggereyes, I used Rich Girl on the lid, Cocoa Truffle in the crease, Classy and Sassy to lightly blend out the edges of Cocoa Truffle. On my other eye I used Exaggereys, and I could barely tell the difference! So if you’re on a budget, get Chocolate Gold, because you’ll be able to do miriad of looks. As someone with naturally dark under-eye circles, I’m constantly after products that will brighten up my eyes, whether it's an eye cream, concealer or bright eyeshadow. What I usually look for in eyeshadow: I would say my skin tone is more on the caramel side, with yellow undertones. During the spring and summertime, I tend to get a little warm brown because I am in the sun a lot more. However, during the fall and winter months, my skin tone begins to lighten due to the time spent inside. Since my skin tone changes with the seasons, so does my bronzer. I usually go for medium, matte bronzers in the winter and fall months. This helps me to create a more natural look. In the summertime, I go for bronzers with a gold tint to complement my glow. If you love the other three Too Faced Chocolate palettes (Original, Semi-Sweet and Chocolate Bon Bons, all of which I have as well) then I highly recommend the Too Faced Chocolate Gold Palette to your collection. You can create so many different looks on its own or the other palettes. Oh and before I forget, can I mention that this has the amazing chocolate smell as well?
