Discover the power of writing for you in a relaxed, nurturing and healing space. In this workshop you will be invited to have fun with writing, delve into self-exploration and explore fresh perspectives. So often important parts of ourselves sit neglected. We experience ‘stuckness’, self-doubt and an inability to pursue what makes us most happy. Through writing we can identify what is holding us back and empower ourselves to make change. Expressive writing is proven to have many physical and mental health benefits, and, combined with the energy of writing with others, can be transformative.
