Also contains: disodium edetate, microcrystalline cellulose (E460), carboxymethyl-cellulose sodium (E466), glucose anhydrous, hydrochloric acid, polysorbate 80 (E433), purified water and the preservative potassium sorbate (E202). When possible, we always recommend to start the treatment of seasonal rhinitis before exposure to the allergens. Particularly, corticosteroid medicines, which include asthma inhalers, eczema creams, nasal sprays, injections, tablets, and eye/nose drops. It’s fine to use Benacort nasal spray alongside antihistamine tablets or eye drops to treat your hay fever if you need to.Like with all medicine, Benacort 64 Mcg Nasal Spray Side Effects can occur but these aren’t experienced by everyone.

How to use BENACORT® Nasal Spray • The recommended dose is two sprays into each nostril in the morning. This medicine provides symptomatic relief from nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose and associated sinus discomfort. If you are using the nasal spray once a day, the recommended Benacort dose is two sprays into each nostril in the morning, if symptoms improve, reduce this to one spray into each nostril in the morning. Budesonide undergoes an extensive degree (~90%) of biotransformation on first passage by CYP3A4 enzymes to metabolites of low glucocorticosteroid activity. The combination of this medicine with potent CYP3A inhibitors should be avoided unless the benefit outweighs the increased risk of systemic corticosteroid side effects, in which case patients should be monitored for systemic corticosteroid side effects.
