the end of this when everything tied together was pretty perfect but the story up until the final few chapters didn’t have me as hooked as Cherry Crush. There's an added complication for Skye because she's a twin and people assume that they are the same. Boys and makeup and fashion seem to occupy Millie's mind and Skye struggles to find the subjects interesting.

They do everything together, but lately Skye’s been feeling like second-best – it’s the story of her life. In the last page is where all the magic happens, and I think Cathy could have possible spread that over more pages, possibly a chapter. Obviously most books are like this, but Marshmallow Skye really stood out to me in the way the story was described.

Her oldest sister Honey won't behave, her best friend Millie has been acting weird and her older twin Summer seems to be taking over Skye's life and Skye seems to become a shadow of Summer. Skye also has a big interest in history and a certain mystery of the past that relates to their estate. But she kept quiet about it, placing all of her emotion in her dreams, which were becoming more and more vivid. Sebenernya kebetulan banget minjem buku ini dari temen abis ngerasa ngegantung sama buku pertama T_T dan ternyata buku ini. A big argument broke out between Honey and her mother, so Skye, who normally kept quiet, yelled at Honey.

Buku ini ngajarin banget ke kita jangan menyimpulkan kejadian dari satu sisi pandang, karena belum tentu sisi pandang yang kita liat sama seperti yang terjadi sebenarnya. Dreams in which she doesn’t feel herself… Dreams in which she is Clara Travers, her dead relative, dead by suicide…. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would really recommend it to a teenage girl, who enjoys reading about girly things.
