The book could literally be cut in half, and it would make no difference apart from making it a shorter amd slightly more enjoyable read. If I may join in that style, then "Rox" has more serious co-morbid undiagnosed neurodivergent challenges. I found this book via the couple’s social media, which posts lighthearted, loving, fun and informative ADHD scenarios. I just wrote and then deleted a massive list of the things I am going to try and be more compassionate about – but you don’t really need to know that! Being a fellow neurodivergent, this book rang a lot of bells with me, as well as helping me to not feel shame for not working to society's entrenched 'norms'.
