Due to strength issues of the original mugs design, our glassblower has made some changes (thicker 'stem,' stronger antlers, goblet shape/strength), and come up with our own stronger version of the glass vessels. Our Christmas Vacation stainless cup includes a lid, hold 20 ounces, and is double wall insulated and BPA free. The year is 1989, and the place is the Plaza Theatre, the event is the premiere of a now classic Christmas movie -- National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.com was contacted (by Lisa Nagid and Torri Anders) to provide Moose Mugs for filming of the Apple TV+ movie "Spirited" (a musical version of the Charles Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol") starring Will Ferrell, Ryan Reynolds, Octavia Spencer, directed by/director Dean Anders. We did lots of radio, TV, and newspaper interviews: who knew there were that many silly Christmas Vacation movie fans out there? Now, you can enjoy your eggnog in a Moose Mug (aka eggnog cup) just like Clark Griswold and Cousin Eddie in Christmas Vacation. Want to see the Advent house/calendar that is opened in each scene/day in the Christmas Vacation movie? When thousands of that item exist, the value is diminished considerably, as there are many, many similar copies out there.
