Short wavelength blue light has been shown as one of the potential triggers for digital eyestrain and this type of light can often be found in our favourite digital devices such as smart phones, laptop computers, tablets, and even overhead lighting. The optical grade lenses of our Computer Glasses are treated with a special coating that filters out the specific portion of blue light emitted from digital devices and screens. I also get headaches from other LEDs as they flicker but this light has no flicker and doesn’t give me headaches.
