With Dominaria United offering one guaranteed legendary creature in Set and Draft Boosters, and more than one in each Collector Booster, we knew we wanted to find a special Booster Fun treatment to offer to each of the legendary creatures in Dominaria United. Above, you can see the showcase stained-glass treatment we have given to each of the 41 legendary creatures in Dominaria United (20 uncommon, 14 rare, and 7 mythic). These 41 creatures are found in Set, Draft, and Collector Boosters. Textured foils are an incredible new treatment that's been years in the making, and Dominaria United features a version of the textured foiling that's totally unique to the set, and they can be found in every Collector Booster. In addition to all the shiny goodies, Collector Boosters will also be home to at least two legendary creatures in every booster.

At least 1 rare or mythic rare card (approximately 25% to have 2, 3% to have 3, and < 1% to have 4) As we return to Magic's original plane of Dominaria, there are whispers on the wind. Lastly, as I mentioned above, these Legends Retold cards are focused on Commander play and have the Dominaria United Commander (DMC) expansion symbol to denote that they are legal for events in the Commander, Legacy, and Vintage formats. Showcase Stained Glass Dominaria United, planned for release on 9 September, takes place in the world of Dominaria, where characters such as Teferi, Karn, Urza, and Mishra were born and have shaped the game’s lore ever since. Since they didn’t actually print these cards, this goes around the Reserved List problem. So you could potentially open a The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, which is worth at least a couple of thousand dollars on the secondary market, as of writing of this article.

There’s no indication so far whether it’s impossible to get more than one Lost Legends card per box. Dominaria United Jumpstart Boosters come in one of ten themes, and when you put them together, chaos ensues! In Dominaria United Jumpstart, the Coalition Corps may join forces with the Beasts of Dominaria, or the ruthless Phyrexians may find themselves allied with mischief makers in the Tolarian Academy. Here's all ten themes to discover: You get one textured-foil card in each Collector Booster (63.1% uncommon, 29.5% rare, 7.4% mythic rare). The textured-foil treatment is only applied to the 41 stained-glass foil cards. They are exclusive to the Dominaria United Collector Booster. Planeswalkers Treatments Set Boosters are also a great way to adventure through the plane of Dominaria, as all the common and uncommon cards are connected to each other, and they help tell the story of the invasion and defense of this glorious plane. Set Boosters also drop an art card, and in Dominaria United Set Boosters, signed art cards appear twice as often as in previous standard-legal Set Boosters.

Of course, they’ll most likely have brand-new cards, although reprints aren’t out of the question, as we saw with Thalia, Guardian of Thraben in Crimson Vow. Collector Boosters will still be the home of at least five rares and mythic rares in every booster, with tons of Booster Fun variants, including extended-art treatments and stained-glass textured foils.
