It is a way for us to gain insight into our own personal journey and to explore the wide range of mental and emotional states which exist within each of us. The notion that you’d be able to measure your personal vibration and accordant level of where you are on the scale of enlightenment is very compelling.

It was the same subject matter, but if you're like me and like to read along with the narration, then be aware of this. this is a compilation of lectures done before he published transcending the level of conciousness which is a far superior book to this.
