About this deal

Yes the sweetness is improved but this is nothing like the pineapple you will smell from aventus even the scent profile is just different.

For me the supremacy silver is the closest and highest quality, then CDNIM and then the Al Haramain L'aventure the original, then this one is the last in terms of quality, performance and closeness to creed. I think this fragrance does smell good and the quality is good as well, but no matter how good a scent smells if it doesn't last an hour it is simply useless in my opinion.on the positive side it smells really good, is affordable, and it has some really strong smokey Aventus vibes. Especially when it only reminds you 20% of the drydow I liked the original laventure but thought it lacked the fresh pineapple goodness that aventus is known for. As the fragrance evolves, the patchouli and ambery-musky base notes come to life, leaving a trail of depth and sensuality that lingers long after you've ventured into the next chapter of your day. Yes, it is much less prominent than the birch in CDNIM and a little less than modern batches of aventus, I still get a nice base of woody birch, just less strong and smokey.

so I bought laventure intense because I heard about the increase in pineapple sweetness that all the reviews talk about and i was extremely dissapointed. Hell, there are even people who claim that chromatography would allow to perfectly identify and imitate the molecular structure and blend of Aventus. yet it still manages to capture a fairly similar aura on a budget which is something of a remarkable achievement in itself.Couldn’t tell you how I found myself looking in to L’Aventure, but my first dive into the description didn’t make me think “Aventus”, and it wasn’t until I began to read comments between here, and one or two other sites that I got a glimpse of the hype and popularity. Haven't worn it in probably 2 months, put it on at 6:30 this morning, three sprays on chest, 1 hour later I'm barely smelling anything, but it does smell even better. Mine is a new bottle, people comment on over 3 hours after I've applied it, I spray on my arms, not the neck as you go nose blind. It's been a month since my initial review and I have been wearing L'Adventure in my regular rotation along with Aventus. Truth be told, I sprayed it on my hand 45 minutes ago, and this fragrance has been intoxicating me since.

This is not just a scent; it's a sensory companion, ready to accompany you on a journey filled with audacious twists and turns. Like the comments state the bottle has a cheap sticker on it and is not the original bottle or formulation.I am pretty happy with longevity and silage, but I am not a great fan of the lemon note so I will not go for a full bottle. One big advantage of L'Aventure is that it resembles Aventus relatively well at all stages of development (if you ever smelled Club de Nuit opening, you know what I mean). I get decent performance with this one and if you don’t care about a pineapple opening then you’d probably love this one. I put it in my closet after that and waited for spring, but looks like the juice simply turned bad in about 5 months.

At this point, L'Adventure smells lovely, but it doesn't smell like my batches of Adventus (lacks the smokiness of my 2012 and the pineapple of my 2017). I wouldn’t even really say CDNIM is better or L’aventure is better, they both smell like Aventus, just different batches of Aventus and it really boils down to what you like. I see how L'Aventure could be the more reliable blend if you look for something for formal settings. This is well-known problem of modern molecule/raw ingredients fragrances for first user 30 min and gone for second 10h and heavy projection. If you want to wear Aventus every day but find it to be a bit too expensive to do that, you just found the ultimate solution. It is not as loud but it could be due to a higher concentration as it is quite a shiny oil on skin and has only 75% alcohol which is 25% more oils than the usual 80% alcohol fragrances. L'A is more synthetic/too lemony, which is not very pleasant in the first 20-30 mins, but then it settles and it's very decent in the air, but still synthetic/too lemony from up close. Compare this to CDNIMs' screaming loud lemon opening, it is much less attention grabbing - maybe this is why people think it is weak?
