For example, if your humidifier and dehumidifier have DC adapters you can't plug them both in to the controller sockets. It is widely used for mushroom, mini greenhouse, ventilator fan, crawl space, turtle enclosure, curing chamber, snake cage, tobacco cage and etc. I really don't need a high rh alarm at all, and am fine with opening it up and cutting wires if necessary.
