Yes, the handle on the door has the At-A-Glance Lock Indicator which shows Green if the gate is securely locked and Red if it is not properly locked.Our place has a particularly nasty drop on the stairs (I’m not sure any stairs make for a comfortable fall) so a good stair gate was a must.
