I would highly suggest practicing a few times putting it in and out before using it and possibly using a condom as well the first time (I had issues trusting it- but that’s just me not the product).I use the Caya diaphragm with Caya gel when I am fertile, and have unprotected sex when I am certain I have already ovulated, and it works, I am not pregnant, and neither is my friend in Germany who has been using this method for 3 years!
