After the dry down, it immediately transported me to being 6 years old, bored out of my mind in my Mexican Catholic church. I used this on repeat, but now that I put it on my skin again for the first time, all my nose picks up is the caramel on the opening, and heavy powdery musk in the Drydown. I honestly didn't know how to feel about it for a while as I wore it to bed for a couple of nights—on me, it lasts into the morning and it is ETERNAL when applied on clothing, the sillage is also safely intimate.

I do want to try other flankers: Candy Night for example but as for the original, while cozy and maternal (makes me want to wear this when I’m nursing my babies) it’s too weak a performer to recommend or repurchase. With my chemistry, this is very ambery, with a balsamic almost bitter (but not almond sweet bitter) undertone and caramelized sugar. I had a My Little Pony in the 90s with a green mane and this is close enough to activate that scent memory, and also grown up enough to wear in my 30s. I'm sure this is a breach of Fragrantica protocol, but I will recommend the Oil Perfumery dupe of this perfume, which smells the same but lasts longer than it takes me to type this review, which is more than I can say about the much pricier Prada version.
