A really helpful guide for everyone with OCD, or for anxiety sufferers like myself who often find themselves exhibiting OCD symptoms. It may help to talk this section through with the person helping you so that you can plan each task until you become more confident in your ability to tackle your OCD successfully on your own.Some of what's in this book I already knew from my time at CBT but some of it gave me that lightbulb moment of 😮 oooh yeaaaahhh, to explain some of my behaviours.
